The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand the client base.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management, particularly within the packaging or similar manufacturing sectors.
- Extensive network of business relationships across New Zealand companies with significant packaging requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders within client organizations, influencing key decisions.
- Proficient in board-level presentations and adept at building influential relationships across various departments like manufacturing and procurement.
