The Role
- Reporting directly to the CEO, lead and manage a team of approximately 60 staff members.
- Ensure day-to-day activities on the production floor have been coordinated and managed effectively.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across various departments.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of jobs, following lean manufacturing principles.
- Uphold safety standards and collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager.
- Drive performance by delivering on KPIs and facilitating team training and development.
- Play a pivotal role in recruitment, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture of innovation and excellence.
About You
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager in the New Zealand manufacturing sector, preferably in print, packaging, engineering or fabrication.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse team members.
- Ambition, self-motivation, and enthusiasm, coupled with high IQ and EQ.
- Impeccable attention to detail, prioritization skills, and a commitment to Health & Safety.
- IT proficiency, including experience with planning software and report generation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Remuneration and Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (Total OTE) of $160K, with a base salary ranging from $115K to $120K.
