Our client, is a very successful premium Spa brand, proudly designed and manufactured to provide exceptional comfort, performance, efficiency and style. They pride themselves on being the best in the business!
On their behalf we are to appoint a capable customer focused Onsite Technician, Delivery and Instalment person to play an important role in their team.
You will be responsible for a full delivery & installation service to customers who have purchased a Spa.
Delivery of a new spa is a very exciting time for their customers. So, we need someone who will take the care and time to give a first-class customer service experience. Not only will you be making the delivery, you will be installing the spa, providing some customer training on how it runs.
You will also be trained up and gain a qualification as a Spa Technician and will be actively fault finding and repairing spas. It would be great if you came armed with some technical skills and experience, but you will get all the training you need.
We need a well-groomed, physically fit person, who has some hands –on handyman/technical skills. You will need your full license and be able to drive a manual vehicle and reverse a trailer.
This role is a Monday to Friday role.
