- As a Project Coordinator you will internally manage client relationships, supporting both your Project Management teams.
- Liaising will all the divisions of the company - you will assist in the management of projects end to end and ensuring all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted to create seamless delivery for your clients.
- As the first point of contact over the telephone and email, this role requires the expertise of a personable and enthusiastic experienced client focused professional, who has exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and can think of their feet!
- You will have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. It would a huge advantage if you also are well versed with creative suites or have an interest or qualification in Commercial Internal Design, Media, Communications, Commerce or Marketing.
- Ideally you come from sign, display (print or digital) or a similar background which is manufacturing focused and deadline driven. A Media Agency background is also a great fit, particularly if you have worked with and have an understanding of CX in retail.
- You are a team player who works efficiently with high attention to detail, can multi-task, use initiative and thrives in a high-pressure environment.
- You are happy to drive with the role on occasions and confident face-to-face with clients. Professional level of presentation is required.
- Although you are ambitious, you understand that advancement will come with plenty of hard work (it generally takes 2 to 3 years to move up to full Project Management level in this environment). The opportunities for career progression are certainly here!
- Full NZ Driver’s License is required please (if you are on your Restricted please note date you are able to sit your full please).
This role is West Auckland based and working with an energetic, fun and professional team. Please note this role is 8.30am-5.30pm but at peak times you need to have the flexibility to work longer hours. This role suits an ambitious career-driven individual. Salary range is from $50-$55K for a new Grad up to $65K for a candidate with excellent depth of experience in a similar role / industry.
