CSR – Sales Support

  • Varied role supporting the Sales Team and day-to-day account management.

About the role:

  • Working in a supportive and busy team, you will be liaising directly with clients both over the telephone and via email with occasional client visits (alongside the Client Manager).
  •  Administratively support the Sales Team to achieve optimum service levels.
  • Methodically oversea work-flow processes in a manufacturing dead-line driven environment. 
  • Manage print jobs to meet and exceed client's expectations.
  • Multi-task and coordinate the entire process from job order to product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Liaising with FMCG (mainly Food and Beverage) clients, plus an onsite production team, it will be imperative that you have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Preparing job quotes.
  • Perform data analysis to ensure costs are managed effectively and margins are correct.
  • The natural ability to solution sell over the telephone (existing customers) and follow-up skills are essential.

About you:

  • Upbeat and friendly with outstanding communication skills - verbal and written - will ensure you are confident in dealing with a broad range of clients.
  • You have worked in a CSR, Sales Support or Administration role with at least 2 years experience within a manufacturing environment in Print, Packaging, Labels or similar.  Preferably B2B FMCG clients. 
  • A background in Print, Packaging or Labels industries would be an advantage.  Other manufacturing industry experience will be considered.
  • You have genuine focus on providing and cultivating a culture of outstanding customer service - both externally and internally.
  • You work well under pressure and are able to use initiative and prioritize tasks while providing each with impeccable detail, attention and follow-up skills.
  • You enjoy working in a friendly focused team - with a mix of individuals who are all passionate about providing the highest level of quality products and service. 
  • The ability to handle pressure in a deadline driven environment where everyday is different.
  • You have accurate and quick Microsoft computer skills, specifically Word and Excel and experience in CRM systems.
  • You have a high level of motivation and enthusiasm and a great sense of humour!

Remuneration:

Salary will be dependent on relevant experience, top of market for an internal AM role.
