Our client is in a massive period of growth. They are busy hiring new Call Centre Sales – Inbound and Outbound team members….and they need training.
And that where you come in!!
On their behalf we are seeking a talented and experienced Telesales Trainer, who loves coaching, training, mentoring and developing Call Centre teams, to be the best that they can be.
Working with the Call Centre Managers, you will be tasked with coaching all the newbies over their first weeks in a development / induction program, as well as working with the more experienced sales stars to refine their skill set.
This is a vibrant, sales focused Call Centre environment, and we are looking for a Sales Trainer to match it
The Role:
- Driving the sales activity and performance behaviours required to hit KPI’s in an Inbound / Outbound telesales environment
- Identifying areas where coaching can produce greater efficiency and sales productivity
- Further develop teams ‘quality conversations’ to ensure they are pitching correctly
- Reworking sales content to match relevant campaigns
- Analyses and interprets sales metrics, telephony stats, and utilises the information meaningfully
- Listening to and monitoring calls, providing regular feedback to drive results
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps and performance barriers
- Ensures team complies to company’s processes and quality standards are met
- Identify areas of non-performance and address.
- Creating training programs and packs
- Establish specific skill training to improve sales processes in group, and in one-on-one sessions
- Involvement in recruitment & team selection
About you
- Charming and charismatic personality, upbeat and positive,
- Recent, relevant experience in a Call Centre or Telesales environment in a training capacity.
- Preferably with Call Centre environments of 20+ seats
- Experience in arming your team with the tools for lead generation and cold calling
- Motivated about your team’s success
- Well-developed Coaching, Mentoring and training skills
- Inspires strong engagement and commitment in others.
- Preference for a sales background
- Loves both people and data analytics… knows to get the best out of both
- Keen on own personal development and career growth
- To be well organized…full of energy, drive and committed to make things happen!
