By consistently remaining ahead of the competition through their commitment to quality, as well as providing expert service, they have gained market leader status both in NZ and Internationally.
On their behalf, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join their Auckland Showroom based sales team.
The best fit for this role will be someone who has mastered a consultative sales process, who can build quick rapport with a client, present on feature and benefits …and who can close the sale. We also want someone who is motivated by a high income and will be proactive in their own sales activity.
Preferably you will come from a background where you have sold big ticket items/high end products and have a few years under your belt to be credible. You will be one of those engaging people who have such a natural sales style, that your customers enjoy the process and don't feel as they have been taken through a sales process.
This company believes in strong media promotion. Many sales and sales leads are generated by their promotional efforts. You will have most likely seen them on TV or seem them at Field Days or Home Shows. The busiest time and when you will make most of your sales will be on the weekend. So, you will need to be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, but not every weekend. (You will get 2 days off during the week).
You will get a lot of training and support, but those who put in the effort will definitely reap the rewards. We are looking at a good performer being able to achieve in excess of $120K. (Probably without breaking a sweat).
