Very occasionally a role hits the market which offers a talented individual loads of variety and the opportunity to be part of a truly innovative and successful manufacturing team. We are on the search for a highly skilled Pre-Press Operator from the Signage Industry. Someone who is an expert in Adobe & is forward-thinking, quick, can problem-solve with the best, and who most importantly fits in with this high energy team in a fast-paced production environment.

About the role:

• Liaising with all internal and, on occasions, external stakeholders you will be responsible for preparing files for print, as well as operating various signage finishing machinery as and when required.
• This role involves you being the master of problem-solving, "the great communicator", intelligent, both mechanically and IT savvy and a skilled Mac Operator.
• Working with some of NZ's most well-known brands and retailers where both quality and time are key.

You must have:

• Experience in pre-press in Adobe Software, working with clients to create print-ready full colour highest quality signage solutions.
• Worked within signage manufacturing (please note this role is based within the Production Plant - not an office-bound role).
• A positive "can do" attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, a quick thinker and the ability to lead projects.
• High work ethic.
• Socially able to communicate naturally with people from all walks of life.  You are well-respected and well-liked and bring plenty of energy, ideas and charisma.
• Confident and clear in your written and verbal communication skills.
