This is a busy hands-on supervisory position where you will use all of your practical, “think on your feet” skills. From customer quote, to project managing onsite work, this role will utilize your entire skill set. With high attention to detail, you will provide seamless project delivery to your clients.
Jobs can range from a domestic spa lift, to large infrastructure projects. You will be based in the office for a couple of hours each day and the rest of the time you will be out and about supervising on-site workflows and coordinating all that is required for the following day.
Responsibilities:
- Project briefing and pricing
- Lift selection taking logistics into account
- Create lift and rigging plans
- Client liaison
- Crane driver support
- Problem solving, planning and co-ordination
- Health and Safety - monitor actions to eliminate or minimize possible hazards
Skills / Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years’ construction site experience
- AutoCAD 2D drawing
- Ability to read a set of charts
- Ability to communicate, influence and guide with confidence to make things happen!
- Outcome focused continually striving to not only meet but exceed health and safety standards every day
