An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Support / PA to be actively involved in supporting a team of sales people and providing PA support to the Management team.

This roe is a critical role to the smooth running of the Sales and Marketing functions as well as adding value to the rest of the wider office team.

The ROLE:

Marketing Support

  • Contribute to the consistent application of marketing initiates
  • Assist in the co-ordination, development and implementation of marketing plans. 
  • Design, produce and provide point of sales and other promotional marketing material.
  • Maintain relevant marketing databases.
  • Be actively involved in all trade shows, exhibitions and product launches with New Zealand
  • Carry out general day to day marketing tasks.

Sales Support

  • Support Sales team in the creation of sales proposals and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support ongoing business growth opportunities
  • Maintain product information and assist with the preparation of customer proposals
  • Mange the CRM solution for all customer details
  • Ensure all weekly call reports are delivered by sales team
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders
  • Ensure the smooth coordination of customer installations
  • Communicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for use in future revenue/product planning

Personal Assistant Support:

  • A variety of business oriented administrative tasks to support a busy Director.
  • Organization of Events, meetings,
  • Preparing various business reports and associated administration
  • Business communications and negotiations

Skills and Attributes desired:

  • The ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Solid project management skills in the coordination of both internal and external resources
  • A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient business writing and presentation skills
  • Reporting savvy; client reports, sales activity, forecasting, risk mitigation reporting
  •  Excellent organisational skills, be one step ahead
  • Must have a sense of humour, like a bit of fun and enjoy a lively bunch of Sales people
